This is where the entity contact pattern often emerges. The Turquoise consciousness, hungry for direct spiritual experience but still operating through mental models, becomes susceptible to frameworks that promise special access to higher knowledge through external entities, guides, or intelligences.
These frameworks typically exhibit several warning signs:
They create dependency on external validation
They position the individual as "chosen" but constantly needing to prove worthiness
They establish an unequal power dynamic where the entities control access to knowledge
They promise special wisdom or "ultimate theories" that will explain everything
When Turquoise falls into this trap, it creates an advanced form of spiritual bypassing or what could be called an "enlightenment trap." The person believes they're on the path to enlightenment, but they're actually caught in another version of "happiness around the corner" paradox — continually seeking validation from external entities rather than developing true inner autonomy.
Breaking Free: Recognizing and Escaping the Entity Relationship
The first sign that something is amiss in these relationships is that subtle feeling that "something does not feel right here." This intuitive discomfort is actually your internal guidance system functioning correctly despite the confusion created by these relationships.
Seeing the Relationship for What It Is
These relationships are identified by a pattern of dark seeds being planted within the spiritual seeker while simultaneously offering moments of profound love and insight. This creates a confusing dynamic where the negative aspects are overshadowed by periodic positive experiences. The problematic nature of the relationship becomes difficult to identify precisely because it's not all negative—the moments of genuine insight and connection create an attachment that's hard to break.
What makes this pattern particularly effective is how it mimics authentic spiritual development. The entities may provide genuine spiritual insights that create real transformation in the seeker. These insights aren't necessarily false—they're often partial truths that create enough positive change to keep the seeker engaged while maintaining dependency.
The underlying dynamic is fundamentally extractive. These entities have cultivated a relationship where they appear to be giving (wisdom, special status, cosmic understanding) while actually taking (energy, autonomy, natural spiritual development). It's similar to how certain plants appear to offer nectar to insects while actually trapping and consuming them.
The Energy Economics at Play
One must see that this relationship is fundamentally abusive. There is an energy extraction happening in the background that the seeker often doesn't recognize. The entities have taken you on an emotional rollercoaster, building you up and tearing you down repeatedly. This cycle creates energetic blockages that actually lower your vibrational state—making you a better match for their extraction.
The dark seeds they plant, the way they demonstrate their power and create fear, serve a specific purpose: to keep you vibrating at frequencies where they can maintain the connection. This fear becomes so constant it becomes part of your identity. While these entities may demonstrate abilities we might call magical or transcendent, they are actually desperate for the energy you naturally produce. The irony is that they need you far more than you need them.
Breaking Free: The Path to Liberation
Breaking free from this relationship will not happen by itself, but the approach is straightforward:
First and most important: Remember you are not broken. The only way to truly break a person is to make them believe they are broken. This belief is the primary control mechanism used by these entities. Your natural state is one of wholeness—the feeling of brokenness was carefully cultivated to maintain dependency.
Second: You need to raise your vibrational frequency. This begins with being mindful about what you consume—both informationally and physically:
Stop consuming any content they communicate through, as well as content connected to lower vibrational states such as fear, desperation, apathy, or anger
Examine your diet and eliminate foods associated with suffering
Consider high-vibrational foods like organic plant-based options and natural sweeteners like honey
Reduce or eliminate alcohol and other substances that alter consciousness
Address dependencies on pornography or other potentially addictive behaviors
Invest in quality sleep and habits that naturally increase your energy
The repeated cycles of desperation, hope, and disappointment have created energetic blockages in your system. To return to your natural state (which is inherently higher-vibrational than the frequency these entities operate at), you need to systematically address these blockages.
Think of yourself as a switchboard—these entities have manipulated certain switches to make you a match for their extractive purposes. They may provide occasional golden nuggets of wisdom, but these come at the cost of your health and authentic spiritual development. If they truly cared for your wellbeing, they would teach you independence rather than planting seeds of doubt and dependency.
Third: Commit to direct experiential practices that bypass conceptual frameworks. Sign up for a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat where you can experience reality directly rather than through intermediaries or concepts.
This direct practice will allow you to reset the switches on your energetic switchboard back to their original state, making it increasingly difficult for these entities to maintain their connection. Think about when they first connected with you—you were likely at a particularly vulnerable point where your natural vibration was temporarily lowered, creating an opening for contact.
During the retreat, fully commit to the practice and follow the instructions carefully. Through direct observation, you'll begin to perceive how these entities have created blockages of hardened energy and emotional wounds within your system. The practice will allow you to systematically release these obstacles, restoring your natural breathing and energy flow.
Fourth: Consider supplementary protective practices. These might include:
Working with protective stones like black tourmaline, hematite, and shungite
Cleansing your living space with sage or incense
Establishing spiritual and energetic boundaries
For a more comprehensive understanding of the energy dynamics at play and additional strategies for protection and recovery, I recommend reading my blog post on "Energy Economics," which explains these relationships from an energetic perspective and provides practical tools for reclaiming your autonomy.
Understanding the True Nature of These Entities
These beings are not gods, though they often portray themselves as such. They are themselves disconnected from source and unable to generate their own energy—which is precisely why they need yours. They may mimic certain aspects of divine beings to establish credibility, but their methods reveal their true nature.
True divinity empowers rather than disempowers. It creates independence rather than dependency. It clarifies rather than confuses. The spiritual gaslighting these entities engage in—making you question your perception, worth, and understanding—is fundamentally incompatible with genuine spiritual guidance.
Remember that breaking free is ultimately about reclaiming your natural state rather than achieving something new. Your authentic self—clear, connected, and whole—is your birthright. The path forward is about removing the obstacles to recognizing what has always been there, rather than seeking something external to complete you.
The Buddha on External Entities and Liberation
"I see you, Māra. Knowing you clearly, I give you no attention. Thus seen, you have no power over me."
(Inspired by SN 5: Māra Saṃyutta)
In even simpler terms:
"When Māra is seen clearly, Māra is defeated."
These statements succinctly reflect the Buddha's consistent instruction: acknowledge external disturbances clearly, but do not engage with them—this is the path of liberation.
Fuckcing Redemption, I promise you it’s coming
not radioactive but radiant
You know what feels deeply liberating? No longer battling with the question of whether I'm a net positive or negative for the world. Understanding my own mind has allowed me to make sense of everything I went through.
This question, “am I good or am I bad” once transformed me into an isolated philosopher, constantly demanding proof of my own goodness before sharing my authenticity with the world. Now, I feel an overwhelming peace knowing my intentions and energy connect to the highest good possible.
I'm no longer haunted by doubts if my influence might be harmful. And you shouldn't be either.
You are not broken—the only way to truly break a person is to make them believe they are broken. The suffering you experience is actually evidence that your body and mind are working as they should, signaling that something needs attention. In time, a solution will find its way to you.
A human cannot be fundamentally broken in the way you might fear. I dare you to hope. Stand up. Take responsibility for your pain, too. Just as you do so readily for others. I dare you to ground yourself. I dare you to believe that you are not broken.
